Appointment Policy:
What to expect after your initial consult:
1) There will be no charges for email/text/call correspondence for up to 6 months
2) Follow-up appointments are required every 1-3 months to maintain proper hospice care, but will be extended for routine care
3) Under Florida State Law in regard to Telemedicine:
a) 14-days course of medications max (30 days for flea/tick medications)
b) No human-only or compounded medications can be prescribed
c) Refills cannot be renewed via Telemedicine alone - home visit required
d) Will require Zoom for video calling (WhatsApp can be used if needed)
4) Appointments in the extended range or after working hours will have additional charges (see Services for prices)
5) Feel free to call or email to book appointments
6) Payment is due before all appointments
Cancellation Policy:
At Comfy Pet the Mobile Vet, we pride ourselves on providing superb care to patients all around South Florida. Cancellations, if not done in timely manner, can take time away from pets who truly need the care. Therefore, below I have outlined our cancellation and refund policy:
1) Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will receive no refund
2) Cancellations made the same day of the appointment will be 50% refunded
3) No cancellation fees if made any time before the day of the appointment
4) Refunds will provided for within 7 business days
