Florida Statute § 501.142(1) outlines that refund policies must be clearly posted, and if they are not, the consumer is entitled to a refund for unused goods or services within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Policy
At Comfy Pet the Mobile Vet, we pride ourselves on providing superb care to patients all around South Florida. Cancellations, if not done in timely manner, can take time away from pets who truly need the care. Therefore, below I have outlined our cancellation and refund policy:
1) Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will receive no refund
2) Cancellations made the same day of the appointment will be 50% refunded
3) No cancellation fees if made prior to the day of the appointment
